Raqeeb Albaari

Raqeeb Albaari AIA, NCARB, LEED BD + C, is an accomplished architect and senior design manager with over 30+ years of experience in leading project teams in design and construction management of major capital improvement projects totaling more than $2 billion in funding.

Raqeeb Albaari earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and a Master degree from the University of Maryland University College in Project Management Science. He holds architectural registration in Michigan, Florida and the District of Columbia. He has architectural certification with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

My passion is to participate in challenging projects that make a difference in the quality of life for all people.

  • Projects include Educational, Healthcare, Commercial, Aviation, Residential, Sports and Historic Preservation.

  • My leadership style is collaborative and transformative. My experience as a lead design manager includes numerous public and private projects.

 

Kidest Albaari, PMP

Kidest Albaari has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Most recently, she was responsible for developing educational specifications for DC public schools. She also developed educational specifications, facility lists, and design guidelines for over 238 public schools in Detroit and Washington, DC.

Mrs. Albaari earned a BA in Construction Management from Florida International University and an Associates degree from Miami-Dade Community College in Architecture. She holds certifications in estimating and management training from Allstate Construction College and Construction Management Training.
